New to the exhibition this year was the Texas Center for Grants Development. This agency is a service of the Harris County Department of Education, and they were on hand to let our non-profit clients know that they are available to assist education, faith and community based organizations with strategies for writing small foundation proposals to multi-million dollar grants.
